How do I place an order?
Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking “Add to Cart”. You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

When will I get my order?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

What if I didn’t receive my order after 7-14 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?
No worries – slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. If your delivery is significantly late, or you’re experiencing problems with tracking your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be glad to help you at any time!

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

Zera beauty provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page Zera Beauty Track Your Order and click on Track button. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

How can I change my order?
It’s important to notify us if you would like us to make a change to your order, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, any changes to your order is no longer possible. Please make sure you send us an email as soon as possible at [email protected] for any changes you would like to make (such as your shipping address).

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to [email protected] requesting cancellation. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the order has been processed by our warehouse. Therefore, we sincerely request that you only make your purchase if you are absolutely sure you want the product.

Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes!  You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click “Add to Cart” and go back to the product page you are interested in and click “Add to Cart” on that item as well before proceeding to “Enter Shipping Address” to finalize your order.

Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely!  During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

What is your return policy?

Overview

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, quantity, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.

  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
  • You have 30 days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.

  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
